APPOINTMENTS AND PRESCRIPTION REFILLS
We see patients by appointment only. Our receptionists will make every effort to find a day and time that works best for you and your pet. Please give us a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. When contacting us during our regular business hours please allow 48 hours for return information.
For prescription refills please call 24 hours ahead for your pet's medication to be filled. For future prescription refills on long-term medications, we will utilize our online pharmacy where they can be purchased and shipped directly to you. For online and in-house prescription refills please allow 24 hours for prescriptions to be authorized and or filled.

If you are a new client at Carter Animal Hospital we ask that you arrive 10 minutes early prior to your scheduled pet's appointment to fill out our New Patient paperwork. Carter Animal Hospital requires a completed information form for each of your pets being seen by our team. Thank you!
